Looking to take your recovery to the next level?
Join us for a one of a kind healing workshop where we’ll combine restorative yoga poses with cupping therapy so you can increase blood flow, tissue healing and recover faster!
Cupping, uses negative pressure to decompress muscle knots. This allows for increased blood flow and improved nutrient exchange for better healing. Cupping helps in the treatment of wounds, skin grafts, and musculoskeletal pain and stiffness, more than making up for the dark marks it can temporarily leave behind! ;)
Pair the powerful healing modalities of cupping with gentle restorative yoga and you’ll step off the mat feeling open, calm and relaxed!
- 60 minute restorative yoga led by Ali McGregor
- Cupping therapy performed by Cat Savoia, DPT
- Personal set of cups to use for class
What to bring & wear:
- Yoga mat
- Athletic wear; ladies - biker shorts, sports bra or tank top, guys - shorts & t-shirt (shirt can be removed for class)
